Rašo was born in 1971, Zemun, Serbia. Graduated Business Administration at Queens's College in Georgetown Guyana S. A. Also graduated at Faculty of Agriculture in Zemun as Engineer of agriculture technologies. Raso has spent a year in Lagos, Nigeria, as a Managing Director of Chinatowns restaurant within leading Mega Plaza trade center.
Returning to Serbia, continued his career within Pepsi Cola Int. Co. as a Field Development Manager. By 2001 moves to Agrocoop Novi Sad, were he advances to a position of Procurement and Sales Director.
Raso's HR management experience starts by the end of 2002 in partnership with other international HR companies. He attended courses in HR training, seminars and workshops in Belgrade, Budapest and Zagreb, focusing on fields of direct HR research and selection.
During his career path, he was directly engaged in defining work position structures, company reorganization, team formatting, acquisition of ISO standard certificates, competition and market analysis and other relevant HR postings. From 2004 Raso is the founder of Human Capital Solutions - Executive Search Company.
He is a fan of African culture, likes mountain biking and photography. His free time is spent in nature with family. Married and has two daughters.
Nikola was born in 1971, Belgrade, Serbia. During the early adulthood lived in Canberra, Australia, where he graduates on Narrabundah College. Returning to Belgrade, graduates on Belgrade Business School and starts working in banking industry, where he stays for the next nine years. From 2002 continues his career in telecommunications industry. For the next twelve years gains experience in various specialist and managing positions in fields of Marketing and Sales. Independently forms teams of co-workers, defines and upgrades work flows and processes and takes responsibility for delivering on multimillion investments.
By the end of 2014, decides to enter private sector through business partnership in Human Capital Solutions company. Based on further service development and business expansion, makes foundations for HCS Belgrade office.
Heraldry is his latent passion. Strives on periodically visiting his friends abroad. Married and has three children.
Nataša was born in 1988, Vinkovci, Croatia. Graduated at Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad with a degree of Master of Psychology. During her student days, Natasa excelled in academic achievement, dedication and extra-curricular project work.
Natasa joined HCS team in 2013 as a psychologist and a HR project assistant. Due to achieved results, in April 2019, Nataša was promoted to the position of Talent Acquisition & AC Manager. She is responsible for headhunting projects, monitoring of recruitment finalization process according to the HCS quality standards and conduction of assessment centers. Other activities are psychological testing and development of new services.
Biljana was born in 1968, in Perlez, close to Zrenjanin, Serbia. Graduated at Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad, Majoring in Farming and Floriculture.
In 2002 she had her first work experience at Genel doo, in Telemarketing sales, and later moving to Wholesale. Further gaining experience as Retail administrator, Procurement assistant and Wholesales representative. In 2007 moves to Genel Sigurne Veze doo. Taking responsibilities in wholesales and logistic administration for customs, imports-exports and shipping.
Biljana is an external HCS researcher and analyst, also engaged in database maintenance.
