Rašo has over 20 years of experience working with international and local companies with an emphasis in executive search and candidate selection. He has years of experience working in assesment centers, outplacement programs, HR development, HR market research and global headhunting projects. Since 2004, he has been the owner and director of „Human Capital Solutions Executive Search d.o.o.”.
Nikola has over 20 years of working experience within local and international corporations with responsibilities primarily in the banking and telecommunications sectors. He has been part of the HCS team since 2014. According to the business plans and results, he lays the foundations for HCS Belgrade office.
After completing her master's degree in psychology, Nataša joined the HCS team in 2013 as a Project Assistant. Based on the achieved results by 2019, Nataša was promoted to the position of Manager for Talent Acquisition and Assessment Centers. She is involved in headhunting projects for senior and middle management positions and is responsible for conducting assessment centers. Part of her activity is related to expert psychological testing and development of new services.
Biljana has over 15 years of work experience within reputable domestic companies. The areas where she has the strongest experience are logistical, administrative and commercial operations. She has been a member of the HCS team since 2012, constantly taking on a wider range of responsibilities, from database development and utilization, market research to managing of complete administration.
