For our international client, a company within agriculture industry segment, we are searching for an experienced person with hands on approach, strategic thinking and good sense for people, organization and processes in order to strengthen their management team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintains and enhances the Company's human resources by implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices 

  • Manages and organizes recruitment processes, supports line managers on candidate selection and assists in onboarding processes 

  • Handles budgeting, compensation & benefit plans and monitors payroll activities 

  • Assists in performance appraisal activities and consults line managers with the training and coaching needs 

  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

  • Insures legal compliance by monitoring changes and implementing applicable human resource state requirements 

  • Maintains human resource database of employees profiles, contracts, past and current records 

  • Performs all duties in accordance with company procedures in the field of protection of health and safety as well as environmental and fire protection

  • Participates on management meetings, reports directly to general manager and HR manager abroad


Requirements: 

  • University degree  in legal, economy, organizational science, HR or similar 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within medium or large organizations, preferably within international production companies 

  • Good knowledge of employment contracts, labor law as well as payroll 

  • MS Office, experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset 

  • English language, level B2/C1

  • B category driving license and mobility
