Our client is a foreign pharmaceutical company (sales of medical products) that is present in several countries. Due to our clients plans to grow and further develop in Serbia, we are searching for a devoted and proactive candidate with leadership skills on the position of Sales Director.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and achieve long and short-term wholesales targets by ensuring smooth running of all operations related to sales activity

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets

  • Represent sales interests of company at a country level and being in charge of a small team

  • Work with local team on tender bids within health care institutions and hospitals

  • Handle close cooperation with the distributors 

  • Establish trusted relationship with KOLs and health care institutions

  • Involved in business development activities and handle regular field visits to potential customers 

  • Introduce and position new products on the market

  • Develop sales plans, and manage day-to-day activities with a sales team

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and budgets

  • Report to General Manager

  • University degree (preferably pharmacy or medicine) 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience within pharmaceutical industry on sales key account, sales management, or business development roles 

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and trends 

  • English language (minimum level B2/C1)

  • MS Office user

  • B category driving license and mobility
