Our client is an international company a leader in business to customer transaction technologies in Central & Eastern Europe (ATMs, POS terminals, retail solutions). Their aim is to further develop a B2B model and widen their portfolio of services in Serbia. Our goal is to search for a sales driven, devoted and proactive candidates.


Job description:

Ideal candidate will have an independent role with the major focus on acquisition of new cutomers, development of new portfolio (B2B approach), development of growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction that would make digital transactions safer, faster and easier to people in the region. Person will report directly to Country Manager and will work closely with Regional and Group management.


Responsibility:

  • Develops sales and account plans for Company’s solutions and services 

  • Ensures the attainment of Company’s sales goals and profitability targets

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market niches

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs 

  • Coordinates development and execution of action plans with pre-sales team, with focus on generating new business

  • Maintains a sustainable sales process from leads to closing with strong management of variances and initiating respective corrective actions 

  • Provides information and ensures timely forecasting and business intelligence in terms of market trends and competitive landscape 

  • Sustains report with key accounts and partners to optimize Company’s best positioning and to achieve excellent after-sales support 

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 


Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field while MBA will be considered as strong asset

  • Minimum 7-8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years direct experience in account management or solutions sales roles, preferably in Information Technology, Financial Services or Telecommunications Sector

  • Experience within international companies and multi-cultural environment is highly desirable 

  • Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions

  • Business acumen dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients

  • Strong sales & negotiation skills, problem solving & analytical skills

  • Strong PC skills and affinity to understand well ICT solutions technologies 

  • Excellent command of English Language

  • Mobility (B category driving license)
