Key Job Responsibilities:

  • People:

In close collaboration with the Group Infrastructure CoE Lead

  • Technology:

Thorough understanding and ownership of topics within CoE Core Infrastructure team responsibility

Enabling the cloud transformation

Cutting legacy tails

  • Methods:

Industrialize run activities (monitoring SLA, dashboard KPI, incident health and usage KPIs, weekly/monthly status report)

Industrialize project activities (methodology, templates, activities, status report)

Develop documentation, procedure, communication, coaching and training

Share, brainstorm with Center of Excellence peers and implement best practices

Develop continuous improvement practices, loop back and customer satisfaction measures

  • Activities:

Regular daily work on tickets, tasks and projects

Core Infra Good Morning Check (GMC)

On Call Duty – as agreed with manager


If you are someone who has this set of skills and experience:

Must:

  • Advanced practical knowledge of current IT technologies

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure operations 

  • Independency in solving complex tasks

  • Capability to take responsibility

  • Experience of servicing and maintenance of servers (enterprise complexity)

  • Experience with onboarding process

  • University degree or relevant work experience

  • English proficiency, verbal and written

  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies in terms of admin, maintenance / support, monitoring. More specifically:

Scripting knowledge (PowerShell)

Experience with Datacenter technologies and operations (Compute, Storage, Network, Backup)

Experience with IT Security (tools and procedures)

Virtualization knowledge (VMware)

Knowledge about HCI concepts

Advanced Active Directory knowledge

Experience with MS SQL

Experience with Remote Desktop Services

Knowledge about AD CS (PKI)

SCCM/Intune experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure AD

  • Experience with M365 virtual desktops

  • Knowledge on Azure VMware Solution 

  • Azure PaaS offerings
