8622 - HR Business Partner



For our client, an international construction company, we are searching for a candidate with leadership values and professional HR experience to strengthen their team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • You act as sparring partner to management team and support managers in various people related topics & employee’s development. You provide expertise and know-how in human resource at all organizational levels and advise on employee relations matters

  • You are the first point of contact for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee appraisal, people development, coaching and employee offboarding

  • You support managers as a strategic and operational partner in development and change processes in your own organizational unit

  • Work in close cooperation with Division HR as well as central Human Resource Development on both strategic and HR operations matters to ensure further group standards and processes are applied at your region

  • In alignment with the management and central division, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the human resources goals of the operational units, to streamline and optimize existing country HR processes in respect of country 

  • You have a knowledge of labor law and familiar with regional policies & rules

  • Within the framework of employer branding, you will implement HR marketing actions and familiar with the social media tools and contribute to a positive employee experience 

  • You manage the recruitment cycles and work force planning together with the managers and contract with recruitment agency

  • You are familiar with the relevant HR metrics and KPI and actively support managers in HR related reporting & interpretation of the required key measures

Required competencies:

  • University degree (in human resource management, business psychology, business administration)

  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international matrix environment 

  • Experience on leading of the small team would be treated as an advantage

  • Good command of English language

  • MS Office user

  • Mobility and willingness to travel to Montenegro and North Macedonia

  • Driving license B category
