8635 - Seeds Market Manager

Key role:

Selected candidate will be responsible for the Group's seed marketing activity on the national level in Serbia. He/she must have a background and agronomic experience, coupled with knowledge of the market (agronomic needs - current and future market challenges - structuring of ranges in both conventional and organic agriculture). The person would be responsible for the range, purchases, and margins of all the activities of the seed line and support sales promotion. 

Responsibility:

• Supports building  a technical and commercial policy, in order to meet market needs

• Be responsible for the commercial animation of the market (promotion of products, drafting of product sheets, business animation with facts and arguments etc.)

• Manage and optimize the portfolio of the range (stock and supply management in relation to customer needs)

• Manage the various cross-functional projects in the Agriculture Division

• Manage, support and organize the Company’s Agriculture Seeds Service

• Organize and animate periodic meetings with field operations

• Organize and present training activities for the teams

• Participate in meetings with current or potential customers / network animation

• Report to Country Manager

Requirements:

• University degree in agriculture

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of agricultural supplies and supply markets Serbia

• Proven experience in negotiation and referencing of seed ranges

• Knowledge of the financial aspects of the market (margin, WCR, cost price, etc.)

• English language, level B2

• PC literacy - MS Office user

• B category driving license and mobility
