For our international client, a start up company in Serbia which works within agriculture industry segment, we are searching for an experienced person with hands on approach.
Responsibility:
Develops and implements HR strategies in line with the companies business objectives and market potentials
Establishes department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits
Is involved in recruitment, onboarding and integration process of new employees directly as well as with support of external HR agencies
Plans and organizes training and development of employees and conducts succession planning
Monitoring and conducts performance appraising operations together with the country manager
Ensures fulfilment of compliance and legal measures, takes care of employee relations and retention
Monitors payroll and is involved in compensation and benefit process
Manages human resources cost strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances
Performs all duties in accordance with company procedures in the field of protection of health and safety as well as environmental and fire protection
Participates on management meetings, reports directly to Country manager and HR manager abroad
Requirements:
University degree (human resource management, business psychology, business administration or similar)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience on similar roles (preferably within international companies)
Good knowledge of general HR processes such as: recruitment, learning and development, HR administration, employment regulations and labor law
MS Office user
English language, level B2/C1
B category driving license and mobility
