8643 - Accounting process improvement specialist
For our client, a global international company, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate.
Key aim: Create, change, and delete the master data database to ensure the accuracy of the data. Deep understanding, accepting, and applying needed changes of the process area under their responsibility.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Coordinate development and implementation of performance metrics
Ensure process controls are implemented to manage business and performance risks
Work closely with accounts payable and general ledger teams
Participate in sessions to identify areas of improvement/changes
Prepare and design various regular and ad hoc reports (month-end, AP reports, etc.)
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
Ad hoc data analysis and assessments to address or monitor
Propose solutions to resolve issues and contribute to root cause analysis reports
University degree / relevant working experience (minimum 2 years) in Accounting, Controlling, and Reporting
Strong proficiency with MS Office - advanced Excel user
Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
