For our client, an international food production company, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate.

Major task: Together with his/her superior, to manage all finance and administration tasks at the company by providing reliable finance information and statements, ensuring transparent, accurate and timely reporting to the management. Important part of the job would be also to organize and monitor execution of export-import activities, accounting, and warehouse management in order to ensure effective functionality of the company’s business. 


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize accounting and reporting processes according to the standard policies and procedures and in a timely manner. Submit accounting documents and financial reports to relevant authorities and management personnel

  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and preparation of financial statements

  • Regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting

  • Cooperates with banks, government authorities, inspection, legal advisor and audit companies

  • Control of company’s inventory in a proper and reliable matter in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

  • Coaches and trains persons within the department

  • Organize and implement new ERP solution with external and internal teams


Required competencies:

  • Degree in Economy, finance management, business administration or similar

  • Several years of management experience in finance, controlling or administration department within production companies, preferably from international environment

  • Prior experience in leading/coaching a team

  • Conversational level of English language is required (minimum B2)

  • Experience in implementation of ERP solutions and process improvements /changes within relevant department

  • Very good knowledge of IFRS and IAS

  • Good knowledge and experience with organizational development and production processes and capability to adapt and learn new processes

  • PC literacy – MS Office package, ERP systems
