Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage construction and reconstruction projects from planning phase through execution to final handover
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external designers, contractors, and supervision teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of construction works to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, technical, safety, and environmental requirements
- Review and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, and project specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to standards and plans
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and cost efficiency
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met
- Support project completion and handover by ensuring proper documentation and technical compliance
Requirements:
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction or project execution
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
