For our client, a
well-established and rapidly growing company in fruits and vegetables
processing industry, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, modifying, and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Implementing structural and mechanical improvements to processing equipment and related components
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation, equipment manuals, and engineering records
- Acting as Deputy to the Technical Director, ensuring continuity of technical operations in their absence
- Troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical performance of specialized equipment in the plant
- Supporting long-term equipment modernization and the manufacturing of custom mechanical components
- Leading and coordinating maintenance technicians and mechanics, providing technical guidance and assigning tasks
- Planning and coordinating daily and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational safety
- Mentoring maintenance teams in resolving complex mechanical issues and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Thermal Engineering
- 3–5 years of industrial engineering experience within manufacturing environment or heavy machinery maintenance
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and technical blueprint interpretation
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and structural components
- Strong analytical skills for technical troubleshooting
- Strong aptitude to organize, guide, and lead a team of maintenance workers and technicians when required
- Professional proficiency in English (technical communication)
- Good command of general IT/ERP systems
