Any registration by you to this site, with the indication of your personal data, implies your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and therefore the processing of your personal data provided by you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Who is the data controller?

The data controller is a company that is organized and operates according to the laws of the Republic of Serbia: HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS EXECUTIVE SEARCH D.O.O. NOVI SAD.

What kind of personal data do we use?

We would like to inform you that the personal data contained in your profile and Curriculum vitae (CV) that you have submitted to us will be processed in automated and non-automated support by the Operator.

The controller processes the following categories of personal data that have been collected to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia:

• Personal contact details (name and surname, address of residence, email address, telephone number);

• Personal information such as gender, date of birth, nationality if you provided it in your profile or CV;

• Information on previous work experience, references, recommendations, and more detailed information on previous employers;

• Information related to education, trainings, and professional development. These include your education and training, the results of assessments in any courses or training you may have attended, as well as the certificates and diplomas obtained;

• Any other information you provide (e.g., cover letter);

• Any other information that may be necessary in connection with your application (e.g., knowledge of the foreign language);

• If you contact us, in some cases we will keep a record of that correspondence;

• We may collect information about your visits to our websites including (without limitation) your IP address, browser information, timestamps, location information, blogs and other communication information, and the sources you access. With this information we will make it easier for you to use our systems;

• Any other information provided required for the work engagement.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information (e.g., health information, religion, political beliefs, etc.) as part of your application, unless we explicitly require you to do so.

For what purposes do we use your personal information?

The controller processes personal data for the purpose of:

• Managing the employment database, i.e., the employment process and your participation in the recruitment processes, as well as other career programs and benefits;

• An assessment of your suitability as a job candidate and your job qualifications;

• Providing additional services for you, such as training, career counseling and career transition services;

• Sending promotional materials, notifications about available positions with us in the company or with various clients and other communications;

• To provide answers to your requests or questions;

• Management, evaluation, development of new services in human resources to improve our business and expand our portfolio;

• Compliance with the law as we may need to process your personal data to comply with the law or a court order;

• If you are a job candidate, to the Client's clients who are provided with employment mediation and personnel services;
