8706 - Brand Marketing Officer

For our client, EKO SERBIA, member of the business group Hellenic Petroleum, energy leader in Greece and the region of Southeast Europe, we are looking for proactive and dedicated candidates.
Responsibilities:
Contribution to creation and roll out of all marketing, PR and CSR activities, plans and tasks
Implementation of marketing campaigns, projects, activations, and promotions
Cooperation with marketing agencies, printing companies, vendors, sponsors, and other external partners
Organizing logistics and distribution of marketing materials to petrol stations in a quality manner and timely
Communication with internal stakeholders, collecting and keeping accurate marketing requests records
Preparation of company informative materials; press releases, brochures, interviews, and corporate gifts
Organization of company public events (fairs, conferences, celebrations, openings, cocktails etc.)
Updating the Company’s website on regular basis
Monitoring social media posts in terms of information, quality, preciseness, and activation timeline plan
Participation in creation and preparation of existing monthly reports’ and creation of new reporting models
Participation in activations of loyalty programs campaigns and activations
Monitoring market and industry to suggest improvements in operational work and fresh new ideas
Handling invoices, purchase orders and administrative tasks in SAP and databases
Ensures that all company processes and procedures and legislations are followed in their area of responsibility
Requirements:
University degree (7.1 or 6.2. NQFS level), Marketing, Economics, Business, Communication, or similar background
Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing
Excellent command of English Language
Good MS Office skills
