For our client, a Western European company which has business in the production and sale of HVAC equipment, we are looking for a responsible and proactive person.
Job Description:
In coordination with the director, s/he works on planning cooperation with target groups as project holders, with the aim of improving business results. Actively communicates with project bureaus, designers and contractors in the field of air conditioning, heating and cooling, as well as with investors who build larger buildings.
Follows projects from the initial phase to realization, with the aim of positioning and placing the company's products. This process involves teamwork, coordination with colleagues from the firm and interaction with the distributors. Provides technical support to clients and designers on key projects in order to ensure high-quality execution of work.
Improves the placement of important product groups of the company through active work and implementation of planned promotions for key target groups. Actively communicates with the technical sector of the company headquarters abroad, recognizing new products, significant technical aspects and special solutions.
S/He supports the organization of promotions, (web)seminars and similar events, with the aim of raising the quality of information for important target groups on the market. S/He regularly reports to the sales director about the implemented project activities, achieved results and participates in the meetings of the technical and commercial team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with technical university background (preferably a mechanical engineer), with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience (advantage - HVAC equipment or tools/construction machinery or similar). It is desirable that the candidate knows the project sales market of HVAC equipment and has previous experience in working with designers, investors and contractors. The candidate is expected to be a regular user of the MS Office package, to have a basic level of knowledge of AutoCAD program, to have a conversational level of English language, willingness to learn and develop, teamwork and an ability to work on the field. It is understood that the candidate has a valid driver's license category B.
