For our client, an international construction company, we are searching for a candidate with technical background and leadership skills who will be responsible for managing production site facilities.
Major objective: To lead operations, processes and people effectively in order to provide on time delivery of high-quality products within the agreed budgets that would enhance customer experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives
Ensure all production operations are executed in an appropriate, cost-effective way within the agreed deadlines
Monitor production and delivery of construction materials
Oversee materials, inventory and managing stock
Securing optimal functioning of equipment and monitoring its maintenance
Working in line with the budget and reporting to upper management with objective to improve profitability
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Supervise quality control and monitor production KPIs
Lead, motivate, and support a team
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
Ensure that all safety measures and environmental protection regulations are fulfilled according to the legal requirements and companies procedures
Required competencies:
BA / MSc degree in Engineering (Technical / Mechanical preferable)
Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience within a manufacturing company (preferably in construction industry)
Analytical skills, detail oriented person with technical background and good organization and communication skills
Experience in leading diverse teams
Good knowledge of English language (B2 or above) and MS Office package
Driving license B category (active driver)
