For our client, EKO SERBIA, member of the business group Hellenic Petroleum, energy leader in Greece and the region of Southeast Europe, we are looking for proactive and dedicated candidates.
Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients
Managing the CEO’s meetings and appointments
Keep minutes of discussions of management Meetings
Booking and managing travel arrangements
Developing efficient documentation and filing systems
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
Handle confidential information; organize and maintain files
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization
Manage all aspects of the organization’s office services
Replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
Provide event management support as requested
Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment
Answer the main phone line and respond to inquiries
Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation
Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
Requirements:
University degree (7.1 or 6.2. NQFS level), Business, Communication or similar background., and/or;
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent command of English language
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
