For our client, a renowned international company based in Western Europe, with many years of experience in the production of mechanical components and tool making with unique technology, we are looking for a candidate.
Job description:
Develop and implement goal-oriented measures to ensure the required product quality, lead smaller times, and costs are met
Development of the necessary production unique technology for numerous different metal components and improvement of production processes to optimise workflows
Establish a comprehensive cost tracking system to monitor expenses and report the information to Executive Management
Conduct effective cost management in collaboration with Executive Management
Ensuring compliance with the processes in the corresponding areas as well as further development of the processes
Establish an organized reporting system to regularly update Executive Management on problems, challenges, and proposed solutions
Maintain ongoing focus on cost-benefit awareness among employees and encourage entrepreneurial thinking and behavior
Eligibility criteria:
Preferably University education (technical background in mechanical engineering/production)
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a production environment involving the individual manufacturing of machine/metal parts or tools
Proven exsperience in leading and mentoring pepole in manufacturing enviroment
Strong analytical and planing skills with excelent communication abilities
Decisive personality with a focus on achieving results
English language skills (fluent spoken and written)
Knowledge of performance evaluation and KPI reporting
MS Office and ERP systems
Driver's licence B category
