8764 - Trade Marketing Specialist

For our client, a leading global company in the field of window and door automation, known for its continuous innovation and commitment to enhancing everyday living, we are searching for a proactive and creative candidate.              

Major objective:

This role is dedicated to fostering lasting relationships with customers, driving sales growth at the market level, and ensuring the product offering stands out with strong visibility and differentiation at points of sale. You will contribute to the development of customer marketing activities to achieve success within the assigned channels in Serbia, Croatia, and Hungary. 


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual trade marketing plans aligned with business strategy, collaborating with sales teams to drive promotional programs, co-marketing campaigns, and key regional events

  •  Maintain and expand installer channel market presence and ensure proper merchandising and POS materials at key location

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on ROI, effectiveness, and post-analysis of trade marketing activities

  • Implement promotions and optimize merchandising strategies

  • Create trade marketing materials

  • Manage local trade marketing budgets, including forecasting, planning, and reporting

  • Organize and coordinate training for trade partners and retail networks

  • Support collaboration with external and internal stakeholders (vendors, agencies, retailers, etc.)

  • Assist sales teams in deploying marketing campaigns, providing necessary materials and guidelines

  • Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with the annual marketing plan

  • Oversee translations, edits, and proofreading for global and regional campaign materials

  • Ensure up-to-date product catalogues, e-catalogues, and online resources are available to partners and teams in the region

  • Report to Trade Marketing Manager


Required competencies:

  • Degree in Marketing & Communications or similar 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a technology company or electronic goods

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in using Salesforce tolls would be an additional benefit

  • Willingness and ability to travel for business
