For our client, an international company, we are looking for motivated and proactive candidates.

                        Main tasks and responsibilities:

                        • Manage day-to-day activities across several locations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

                        • Act as the primary link between the central office and local teams, facilitating two-way communication and support

                        • Monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent application of company standards and practices

                        • Support team leads in identifying growth opportunities and enhancing team engagement

                        • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure implementation of agreed action plan

                        • Supervise execution of initiatives and campaigns aimed at improving results and visibility

                        • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to local teams to foster continuous improvement


                        Requirements:

                        •  Minimum 2 years of work experience. Previous experience in multi-location team leadership is preferred, ideally in fast-paced, consumer-oriented environments

                        • University degree

                        • Strong analytical and organizational skills

                        • Excellent command of the English language 

                        • Good MS Office skills
