Our client, an international company in the agriculture sector, is seeking a proven finance professional.
Key aim: Responsible for managing all financial, accounting, and administrative activities in a hands-on role within a dynamic organization. Ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and strategic contribution. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local and Group standards, and provide clear financial insights to support business decisions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Act as a strategic finance partner to the Country Manager, supporting performance and growth
Prepare and present monthly financial reports, forecasts, and business insights
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance
Ensure compliance with Group reporting standards, internal controls, and local regulations
Oversee accounting operations, closing activities, and external audits
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and efficient use of financial resources
Support management decisions through financial analysis and scenario planning
Lead and develop the local finance team and foster cross-functional collaboration
Manage credit control and customer risk in coordination with Group insurance
Continuously improve financial tools, reporting processes, and data-driven decision-making
Required competencies:
University degree (BA or MBA) with a specialization in finance, accounting, or controlling
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance
Proficient in English and MS Office
