For our client, a leading global brand of high-performance lubricants intended for a wide range of industries, we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales and customer relationships within assigned markets and territories
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth across the region
Provide commercial and technical support to customers and Channel Partners
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
Promote the company’s brand, products, and value-based sales approach
Coordinate sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records and reports
Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions
Conduct presentations, training sessions, and support new product introductions
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer developments
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
Travel regularly across the assigned region to support business objectives
Requirements:
Preferred technical college or university degree
Experience in B2B industrial sales
Good knowledge of the market, competitor products and their applications
Understanding of distributor-based business models
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Well-organized and team-oriented
Willingness to frequently travel and work in the regional and other countries in EU
English proficiency (B2)
Category B driver’s license
