8809 - Technical Sales Specialist (Industrial Lubricants)

For our client, a leading global brand of high-performance lubricants intended for a wide range of industries, we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and customer relationships within assigned markets and territories 

  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth across the region

  • Provide commercial and technical support to customers and Channel Partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

  • Promote the company’s brand, products, and value-based sales approach

  • Coordinate sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records and reports

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions

  • Conduct presentations, training sessions, and support new product introductions

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer developments

  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.

  • Travel regularly across the assigned region to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Preferred technical college or university degree

  • Experience in B2B industrial sales

  • Good knowledge of the market, competitor products and their applications

  • Understanding of distributor-based business models

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions

  • Well-organized and team-oriented

  • Willingness to frequently travel and work in the regional and other countries in EU

  • English proficiency (B2)

  • Category B driver’s license
