For our client, JUGOPETROL AD, part of HelleniQ Energy Group, a leading company in the field of wholesale and retail of oil and oil derivatives in Montenegro under the EKO brand, we are looking for motivated and proactive candidates.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth daily functioning of the retail network in his region
Maintains daily communication and directs the activities of the COMO system
Responsible for the implementation of standard operating procedures at the level of gas stations
Keeps records of gas station operations, controls prices and stocks
Tracks sales results within a given region
Resolves customer questions and complaints
Involved in conducting inventory and marketing activities at gas stations in his region
Requirements:
University education in economics, business administration, management, etc.
Experience in leadership positions within a retail network
Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
High level of personal integrity, analytical skills and efficiency in solving problems
Teamwork and detail oriented
Fluency in English
Skilled in MS Office packages and experienced in creating and delivering business presentations
Category B driver's license (active driver)
